For Teens

Teen Class
Lawton and Jessica Iowa work together in this wonderful and challenging class. They are assisted by Michele Felice, who has been a wealth of information for our teens, and a huge help with the many teen activities! These three work very, very well together and provide an environment where relevant, and sometimes difficult, topics are addressed and answered in a balanced, Biblical manner. The activities that are planned include summer bonfires, winter camping, trips and more.

At Lighthouse we invest ourselves in our teens because we believe that our teens are our tomorrow and they are our touch with today. Our vision for this ministry is to provide a Godly environment in which to provide the very best teaching experience possible. We are developing a teen department that encourages these young men and women of tomorrow to ask the questions that are on their minds and give them the answers they’re looking for.

This area of ministry is the most exciting and most challenging! We love the dynamics of serving our teens and we envision this area as the most fruitful adventure for the long term at LBC!

Sunday School from Nursery through 6th Grade
We have very committed men and women who welcome this labor of love. The weekly testimonies of what a blessing the Sunday School classes are always bring a sense of fulfillment to our hearts!
(We do not let men teach these classes without a lady present.)
When we consider the one area that is of utmost importance to us, it is our children. We have implemented more programs and have put more planning into this area than any other at LBC.

In addition to providing Sunday School classes for each age category, we currently have an excellent Junior Church program in our Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services. We have utilized these programs for years now and believe it to be the best programs we have seen to date.
